Jess Lee awarded Best Girl in Group 5 category

During the recent PASA Annual Awards Luncheon, Jess Lee Yen Yi won the Best Girl award for the Girls Group 5 category.

In the recent 2012 PASA Meet, Jess Lee won 7 individual gold medals and 1 silver medal, 2 relay gold medals,  as well as breaking two PASA Meet records and two Penang State Age Group records.

CNY Potluck Dinner

Trident Swim Team held a potluck dinner on Saturday, 28th January 2012 at Permata Sports Complex. The turnout was great and the food was fantastic.

More than enough food to go around, thanks to the 

invaluable support and contributions from the swimmers' parents.

Overall, our dinner and function was a simple one, but it was a complete success. The swimmers' parents cooked and contributed to the potluck and everyone ate like there was no tomorrow.

We had fried bee hoon, cakes, fried chicken, KFC, chicken nuggets, keropok, Domino's Pizza, curry chicken, sushi, more fried bee hoon, spaghetti, franks, CNY cookies and kuih, nasi lemak, fruits, sandwiches, more cakes, cheese tarts, cream puffs, candy, soft drinks and ang pows.

The dinner was enjoyed by swimmers, their parents and all those who were present. Parents mingled, coaches had discussions, swimmers played among themselves, and everyone ate and enjoyed themselves. 

Many thanks to all the swimmers and their parents for their support of this function. Thank you to Madam Ooi for helping to organize the dinner. Thanks especially to the swimmers' parents for their wonderful and delicious cooking.

2012 Registration

The registration and  indemnity forms for 2012 are now available and can be obtained from either Mr. Henry or myself. These forms are to be filled up by all swimmers and submitted together with:

1. Two (2) passport-sized photos
2. One (1) copy birth cert or NRIC
3. RM20

Kindly complete and return the forms together with all necessary attachments and payments to me preferably by Friday, 20th January 2012.
