2012 Registration

The registration and  indemnity forms for 2012 are now available and can be obtained from either Mr. Henry or myself. These forms are to be filled up by all swimmers and submitted together with:

1. Two (2) passport-sized photos
2. One (1) copy birth cert or NRIC
3. RM20

Kindly complete and return the forms together with all necessary attachments and payments to me preferably by Friday, 20th January 2012.
